1. Gather SSH Details

IPv4 Address

To find your SSH details, you need to login to our TeqPanel. Network -> IPv4 Addresses

Root Password

Root Password (For your security, your password must be reset on our dashboard before you can connect via ssh.) Options -> Reset Password

Username: The default username for SSH connections is: root Port: The default port for SSH connections is: 22

2. Connect via a SSH Terminal

SSH Connection

The next step is dependent on what OS you are using on your own computer. Teq recommends using a SSH Client like: Putty or Tabby Terminal.

If you are trying to directly connect from a Linux or Mac terminal via SSH, please note the format of the command would need to be in this format:

[~]$ ssh username@ip -p 22
